1 What you are buying
A Digital Sex Tablet is a digital guide that opens on your account the moment your payment succeeds. Nothing is shipped, and there is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You pay once.
Because you can read and use it right away, and it cannot be handed back, every sale is final.
2 No refunds of any kind
- We do not refund a Digital Sex Tablet once you have paid, whether or not you opened it.
- This includes changing your mind, buying by mistake, not liking it, or no longer having a partner.
- A tablet bought as a gift is final too.
- Closing or deleting your account does not bring a refund either.
3 If a tablet does not open
Sometimes the bank confirms a few minutes late. If you paid and the tablet is still closed after 30 minutes, write to us with your order number and we will fix your access.
Order or payment help gets a reply within 48 hours. Fixing access is not a refund, and the tablet stays on your account.
4 Payment problems at your bank
If a payment fails and the order shows as failed, the bank or payment gateway normally sends that money back on its own in 5 to 7 working days. That is done by your bank. It is not a refund from us. Write to us if it does not arrive.
5 Cancelling and chargebacks
There is no subscription and no auto renewal, so there is nothing to cancel.
Please write to us before you ask your bank for a chargeback. We are quicker, and we want to fix it.
6 If we stop offering a tablet
If we ever stop offering a tablet you bought, we will tell you first and give you a similar tablet instead.
