1 Using Feel & Joy means you agree to this

These Terms are an agreement between you and Feel & Joy (“Feel & Joy”, “we”). By creating an account, buying a Digital Sex Tablet or using the site, you agree to them together with our Privacy Notice, No Refund Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2 Adults only

• You must be 18 or older, and it must be legal for you to see adult content where you live.
• You must give your true date of birth. Giving a false one is a breach of these Terms and we may close your account.
• Anything involving a person under 18 is banned and will be reported to the authorities.

3 Your account

• Keep your password to yourself. What happens on your account is your responsibility, so tell us quickly if you think someone else is using it.
• One account is for one person. Do not share it or sell it.
• You can delete your account any time in the Privacy centre.

4 Playing together, and consent

Feel & Joy gives adult couples text based Digital Sex Tablets, games and dares to play together, only when both of you want to. A step is an idea, not an order. Anyone can skip a step, pause, or use the safe word at any time, and everything stops.

You agree to play only with a partner who clearly says yes, to follow The Rules and our Consent code, and to stop the moment anyone says stop.

5 What you must not do

• Use Feel & Joy to force, pressure or harm anyone, or for sex without a clear yes.
• Share someone’s private details, messages or pictures without their permission.
• Use Circles or Duo Nights for escort, paid or commercial meetings. Feel & Joy is not a dating or escort service. This leads to a permanent ban.
• Copy, resell, scrape or publish our tablets, games or text, or share your login so others can use what you bought.
• Try to break, overload or get into parts of the site that are not yours, or use it for anything illegal.

6 Buying a Digital Sex Tablet

• Prices are in Indian rupees and shown before you pay. Tablets are one-time payments. There is no subscription.
• Payment is taken by CCAvenue on their own secure page. Your card statement shows “FP DIGITAL”.
• After a successful payment the tablet opens for you and your partner within minutes. See the Delivery Policy.
• You may play a tablet you own as many times as you like, for yourselves only. It is a personal licence, not a transfer of ownership.
• A Digital Sex Tablet is a digital product. All sales are final and we do not give refunds of any kind. Read the No Refund Policy.

7 Our content and yours

The tablets, games, text, designs and the Feel & Joy name belong to us or the people who license them to us. You get the right to use them for yourselves, and nothing more.

What you write (your couple bio, notes, messages) stays yours. You allow us to store and show it only as needed to run the features you choose.

8 Health and safety

• Stop if anything hurts or feels wrong, and talk to a doctor about any pain, health condition or medicine.
• Protection against pregnancy and infections is your own responsibility. Use it every time it is needed.
• Alcohol or drugs and consent do not go together. Do not play if either of you is drunk or high.

9 If something goes wrong

• We may pause or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law. We will tell you why, unless the law stops us.
• We work hard to keep Feel & Joy running, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never show an error. We may change or remove features. If we ever stop offering a tablet you bought, we will tell you first and offer a similar tablet.
• To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, and we are not responsible for indirect losses. This does not limit anything the law says cannot be limited, including your rights as a consumer.

10 Governing law

These Terms follow the laws of India. Courts in India where our registered office is have the right to hear disputes, without limiting any consumer right to go to a consumer forum. We would like to fix problems by talking first, so please write to us before anything else.

11 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change matters, we will update the date on this page and tell you on the site. If you keep using Feel & Joy after that, you accept the update.
